The process of making hollow forms
Flow forming is a technique used to make hollow forms and is suitable for boutique cylindrical products. The roundel is clamped to a machine similar to a lathe and then the sheet metal is pushed along the template with a special mandrel. This forms and thins the wall of the workpiece. It is suitable for negative tractions in various materials (more suitable for softer sheets). We produce templates for various products, according to your wishes and needs.
